At L & F Care Services, we are a home care provider supporting people across Hertfordshire to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. We believe that home is where people feel happiest, and our role is to provide the support that helps them continue living life on their own terms.

We take the time to get to know each person as an individual. Everyone has their own routines, preferences, life experiences and goals, so we never believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Whether someone needs a little help around the home, support with personal care, companionship, or more complex care, we tailor our service around what matters most to them.

For us, care is about the little things as much as the big ones. It's remembering how someone likes their tea, noticing when they don't seem quite themselves, celebrating the small achievements, and building genuine relationships that bring reassurance to both the people we support and their families.

Our carers are carefully selected not only for their skills, but for their kindness, patience and compassion. We are proud to have a team that genuinely cares and treats every person with the respect they deserve.
