About Us
Bridgepoint Alliance LTD provides person-centred care to adults and older people living in London .We support client groups aged 18 – 65+, ranging from people diagnosed with dementia, mental health needs, sensory impaired and/or physical disabilities and complex medical needs.
We have capacity for care packages and would like to be considered in your list of care providers.
Our care and support services include:
• Personal care and support with shopping, food preparation, nutrition and hydration
• Support with continence care and mobility needs
• Support with medication and other health-related activities
• Support with respiration or airway problems
• Support with bowel, stoma, and catheter care
• Support with parenteral feeding such as PEG and NG feeding
• Support with healthcare/medical appointments
• End of life care
