About Us

ACN Home Care Services Ltd is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered domiciliary care provider based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Established in 2019, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, professional and person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.

We provide tailored home care services for older adults, individuals living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, physical disabilities, reduced mobility, mental health conditions and other long-term health needs.

Our services include personal care, medication support, companionship, dementia care, live-in care, palliative and end-of-life support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, domestic support and community activities.

At ACN, we recognise that every individual has unique needs, preferences and personal circumstances. Our care plans are developed through individual assessments and regularly reviewed to ensure that support remains appropriate, responsive and focused on achieving positive outcomes.

Our care professionals are supported through appropriate recruitment checks, training, supervision and competency assessments. We maintain clear safeguarding procedures, promote equality and respect individual choices, privacy and confidentiality.

We use digital care management systems to support accurate documentation, effective communication and consistent service delivery. Our management team oversees care quality, staff performance and continuous improvement.

We work collaboratively with individuals, families and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care that supports physical health, emotional wellbeing and independence.

Our services cover Watford, Bushey, St Albans, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Edgware, Mill Hill and surrounding areas, subject to availability.
