About Us
Welcome to Universal Integrated Services
Universal Integrated Services is a trusted, CQC-regulated provider delivering safe, effective, and person-centred home care across Sandwell and Dudley, Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stafford, the wider West Midlands, and Nationwide.
We understand that choosing care for yourself or a loved one is an important and often emotional decision. Our approach is centred on providing compassionate, reliable, and tailored support that enables individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes while maintaining independence, dignity, choice, and control.
Our services are designed to meet a wide range of needs, from everyday support with personal care and household tasks to more complex care requirements, including mental health and enhanced support. Each care package is individually assessed and carefully planned, ensuring safe, effective, and outcome-focused delivery.
With hourly rates starting from £29.00, we offer flexible care options that are transparent, sustainable, and tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
We work in partnership with local authorities, NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), and private clients, ensuring accessible care for a diverse range of individuals. We are also proud to support clients from different cultural backgrounds, with staff able to communicate in languages including Shona, Ndebele (North and South), and Zulu, helping to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
Our team of carers are carefully recruited, trained, and supported, delivering not only practical assistance but also a reassuring and compassionate presence. Our care is underpinned by robust risk management, ongoing reviews, and partnership working with families and professionals, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
At Universal Integrated Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality, responsive, and outcome-focused care, supporting individuals to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible.
