All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice. Care and support can be provided in several languages including Akan, Somali, and Gujarati to ensure clear communication and understanding. They have 3 award categories in 1) Healthcare, 2) Social Care and 3) Education A winner is chosen from a short list of messages collected through the TAP platform. TAP then gets into ‘celebration mode’ through sending a certificate and badge to the winning worker and their organisation. TAP also shares their positive story with the local media.
