About Us
Diversity Care is an established, independent domiciliary care provider supporting people in their own homes across Tamworth and Lichfield.
Established in 2007, we have many years of experience providing high-quality, person-centred care and support within our local community. We believe that everyone is an individual and that care should be built around the person, their choices, routines, preferences and the things that are important to them.
Continuity of care is extremely important to us. Our clients are supported by a small regular team of familiar care workers who get to know them well, understand their routines and build genuine, trusting relationships.
We provide a wide range of support including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, companionship, attending appointments, accessing the community and support with everyday tasks. We provide both single-carer and double-up calls and can support people with moving and handling needs, including the use of appropriate equipment such as hoists and other mobility aids. We also provide support for people with more complex needs and can offer longer-term care packages tailored to the individual.
Our care plans are developed with the person receiving care and, where appropriate, their family or representatives. They are regularly reviewed to ensure the support continues to meet the person’s needs, wishes and choices.
Our experienced care team is supported by a hands-on local management team, ensuring that clients, families and care workers have people they know and can speak to when they need support.
At Diversity Care, our aim is simple: to provide reliable, respectful and compassionate care that enables people to remain as independent as possible, living safely and comfortably in their own home with dignity, choice and control.
