About Us
Step up Support is a small registered care home which provides regular short breaks for adults with learning disabilities. The service focuses upon building up individuals confidence and well-being whilst away from home, encouraging independent living skills and building up new relationship with others; the service gives people a chance to work towards support living gradually whilst also exploring personal interests and leisure.
