Overview

Island Sands Residential Care Home is a home in the Minster-on-Sea area of Sheerness, which can accommodate 29 residents. Island Sands have renovated our first floor living area which consists of 18 bedrooms with en-suites and sea facing lounge and dining area. There is a ground floor level with 11 bedrooms all with en-suites. These rooms also share the Seaview including the lounge. Island Sands is registered for 64 bedrooms, the remaining rooms are currently in the process of being renovated

Care can be provided for those with dementia, physical disabilities and mental health needs. Island Sands Residential Care Home can support people with a learning disability if this is a secondary condition. Island Sands Residential Care Home also offers the following short stay services; respite care. Our CQC report is currently "Good" in all areas.
