Overview
Welcome to Kite Hill Care Home, set in the peaceful Wootton Bridge area of Ryde, where compassionate, person-centred care is our highest priority. Rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our dedicated and caring team are committed to supporting residents and their families with genuine warmth, respect, and understanding.
At Kite Hill, we offer a wide range of specialist care services, including tailored support for conditions such as diabetes, frailty, hearing and sight impairment, heart disease, incontinence, Parkinsonism, speech impairment, stroke, and respectful end of life care. We proudly accept a variety of funding options: self-funding, local authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
Our home is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort, independence, and enjoyment. Residents can relax in our delightful garden and terrace, take part in engaging activities such as bingo, enjoy nutritious meals in our dining room or in the privacy of their own bedroom, and benefit from protected mealtimes. Amenities such as a hair salon, lift, free on-site parking, and wheelchair access help make daily life easy and enjoyable. We offer individual and group outings, an escort service for appointments, daily newspapers, podiatry, laundry and dry cleaning services.
Each bedroom is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring en suite or communal bathrooms, ground floor access, call bells, TV points, Wifi, and assisted bathroom facilities. Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms with their own furniture and also enjoy on-request hairdressing in their room.
Our friendly atmosphere, professional care, and choice-driven approach make Kite Hill Care Home a welcoming environment for both residents and loved ones. We invite you to contact us to learn more, arrange a visit or discuss how we can provide the care and support you need.
