About Us
Total Healthcare Limited provides safe, compassionate and person-centred domiciliary care to people in their own homes. Our aim is to support individuals to maintain their independence, choice and dignity while receiving care that is tailored to their personal needs, preferences and desired outcomes.
Our approach is built around the Care Quality Commission’s five key questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. We protect people from harm and avoidable risk, provide care that supports positive outcomes and quality of life, treat every person with compassion and respect, respond promptly when needs or wishes change, and maintain strong governance with an open and honest culture.
We believe good care is about more than completing tasks. Our carers are encouraged to understand what matters to each person, promote independence rather than taking over, respect individual choices and routines, protect dignity during personal care, and notice and report changes that may affect a person’s wellbeing.
We work closely with clients, families and other professionals to ensure care plans remain appropriate as circumstances change. Our staff are expected to communicate concerns promptly, maintain clear and accurate records, undertake appropriate training and speak up when something is not right.
At Total Healthcare Limited, our commitment is simple: Total Care. Total Trust. We want every person using our service to feel safe, respected, listened to and supported to live as independently and comfortably as possible in their own home
