We offer flexible services, including hourly, overnight, and 24-hour care, starting from just £22.93 per hour. We warmly welcome clients who are self-funding or supported by Local Authority, NHS Continuing Healthcare, or combined funding options.

Our experienced and caring staff are trained to support adults of all ages, whether living with physical disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, cancer, diabetes, challenging behaviour, or sensory impairment. At Individual Support Solutions, we understand that everyone is unique. That’s why we offer tailored services including medication assistance, meal preparation, home help, shopping, escorted outings, cultural and dietary support, LGBTQ+ friendly care, and the option to choose a male or female carer. Our services are also pet-friendly and can include double-up care (two carers per visit) if needed.
