All stays are subject to an assessment to ensure we can safely meet the person’s needs, and room availability.

Our all-inclusive fee brings accommodation, care and everyday living together in one clear weekly price.

Your fee does not increase because your care needs change. This gives residents and families greater certainty and helps them plan ahead with confidence.

There are no hidden charges. Before admission, we explain your fee, everything included and the terms in writing. Standard annual fee reviews still apply and are explained clearly.
