The Riders Nursing Care Home
The Riders is a 19-bed nursing care home offering exceptional en-suite accommodation and 24-hour specialist support within a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
We provide high-quality nursing care for adults living with physical disabilities, complex health needs, mental health conditions, and dementia. Our person-centred approach ensures that every resident receives an individualised care plan tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
Located in the peaceful surroundings of Littlewick Green, near Maidenhead in Berkshire, The Riders opened in July 2021 and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors. Led by an experienced Registered Manager and supported by a skilled multidisciplinary team, we specialise in delivering high-quality nursing care and rehabilitation services within a bespoke care environment.
Our focus is on providing specialised clinical support while promoting health, wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. We offer personalised care, rehabilitation, and meaningful community-based activities designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
At The Riders, we understand the importance of reassurance, familiarity, and a smooth transition into a new environment. To support this, we offer settling-in visits, allowing residents to become comfortable in their surroundings with the support of familiar faces. These visits are arranged in line with our safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all residents, visitors, and staff.
We also provide a dedicated and welcoming visitor area where residents can spend quality time with their loved ones during visiting hours. The safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our residents remain at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to delivering compassionate, supportive, and high-quality care.
