Rosedale Care Home is located in a pleasant and accessible setting close to Wardown Park in Luton. The Home operates from a detached property that has been professionally and sympathetically refurbished to provide high-quality accommodation for up to 20 Residents across three floors. All floors are fully accessible via a passenger lift and two staircases, ensuring safe and dignified movement throughout the premises.

The refurbishment has been undertaken with due regard to the architectural character and period features of the original building, preserving its homely atmosphere while meeting modern standards of safety, accessibility, comfort, and security. The environment has been designed to promote independence and personal freedom, ensuring that Service Users are supported without unnecessary restriction, in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements.
