Welcome to Kolbe House - Polish Care Home, Established in 1962

Kolbe House is a residential care home with a proud history dating back to the 1960s, located in the London borough of Ealing.
We are dedicated to supporting people aged 65 and over, including those living with disabilities.
We specialise in supporting adults with a variety of needs, including frailty, diabetes, heart disease, Parkinsonism, incontinence, sensory impairments, stroke recovery, early onset dementia, end-of-life care, and more. Since our foundation, we have operated as a not for profit organisation, guided by a committed committee of volunteer professionals from a variety of fields, including medicine, psychology, law, and architecture.

At Kolbe House, we provide a warm, welcoming environment where residents can feel at home while receiving professional, compassionate care.

* Kolbe House accepts self-funded residents, those supported by the Local Authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare
