Lauren Court is located in Blacon, Chester. This purpose-built care home offers residential care for over 65's
By taking the time to understand the life story and experiences of every person we care for, we ensure the care we provide supports freedom of choice and means the people living in our home are cared for by people who care about them.
Our care plans are written with our residents and their loved ones to ensure they are person centered, we promote individuality, positive risk taking whilst maintaining safety, dignity and respect.
Our kind care team is available 24 hours a day should assistance be required at any time of the day or night, and there are no restrictions to visiting times.
We will meet all residents’ day to day needs including meals and snacks, as well as a laundry and housekeeping service.
Each day, there is a full timetable of activities available in the home, as well as many recreational resources that are accessible at any time. Whether relaxing and watching TV or taking part in a light exercise class, there is something for everyone.
