Overview

Hill House is a care home that is situated in the West Midlands; it provides a high quality, safe and personalised service that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users.

We specialise in supporting people with Mental Health and Learning disabilities who require 24hr support due to their complex needs and/or challenging behaviour. Our experienced and qualified staff members, working in collaboration with local and regional health/social care teams, strive to deliver high quality, progressive individualised care within a safe and homely environment. Our individualised care packages developed in partnership with the individual, their support network and multi disciplinary teams ensure that all identified needs are met promoting empowerment, self awareness and rehabilitation.

Structured activity plans are created through the guidance of our qualified professionals, and the community team (Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist) to stimulate and motivate individuals to achieve their identified goals. We promote strong links with the local community supporting people to access local amenities, public transport and education opportunities where possible enabling social integration and aiding activities of daily living.
