About Us

Nichols House is a small, person-centred residential care home accommodating up to three residents in a safe, welcoming and homely environment. We support people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge, helping each individual to live as independently as possible while achieving their personal goals.

At Nichols House, we believe everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs, preferences and aspirations. Our experienced and dedicated team works closely with residents, their families and healthcare professionals to develop personalised support plans that promote wellbeing, independence, confidence and positive outcomes.

We offer long-term, short-term and respite care, including intermediate care, and encourage residents to develop life skills, build meaningful relationships, access community opportunities and take part in activities they enjoy. Every person is treated with dignity, respect and kindness, ensuring they feel valued, empowered and supported to live a fulfilling life.
